
Jerick Jerusalem
Jerick is a BS Civil Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology with 20 years of field and office management experience attained both locally and abroad (Mid-East).
Jerick ensures the company’s interest is protected from the contract and commercial matters, project margins, and client concerns. His work evolves in commercial works such as approval of tenders, variations, claims, project kickoff set-up, procurement, billings, and receivables. He also expands company relations with the client.

Ever Quirol
Ever graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting and expects to receive her MBA Degree from UST Graduate School next year. For more than 20 years, she has built her career in General Accounting, Project Controllership and Cost Controllership, with two of the biggest construction firms in the Philippines – Makati Development Corporation (MDC) and First Balfour, Inc. She also had the privilege of working with multinationals in Bouygues Construction and Dragages Singapore in Ayala Triangle Tower 2, One Ayala, and LRT1 projects, respectively, through the Joint Venture known as MDBI.
Technical skills such as budgeting, forecasting, taxation, effective financial reporting, and strategic mindset are “a must” for all Financial Comptrollers. However, Ever believes that integrity is the most important of all because this entails trustworthiness. This plus all her skill set is what she brings in to SDW.

Joan Asido
Joan is a graduate of the University of the Philippines – Diliman with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Statistics, and a post-graduate diploma on Industrial Relations from the State University’s School of Labor and Industrial Relations. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
As Director for Human Resources, Joan aims to hone further the main capital of the organization – its people. Fully adept in employee relations and the development and execution of policies, systems, and programs on HR and organizational development, Joan brings with her more than 20 years of experience and skills to the corporation.

Irene Ocampo
Irene studied, trained and worked abroad for over 10 years in the field of Supply Chain Management in an Oil and Gas Manufacturing and Services company, leading teams in customer service and accounting, as well as, the Chartered Accountant in a Construction company. Working in a multi-cultural environment developed her career and personality.
In 2015, she established their family business when they came back to Manila and continued practicing her career. Mid-May of 2018, she joined SDW Realty and Development, Inc. as an Interim Consultant-Finance Manager focusing on Funding Management and Financial Accounting.
Irene believes that “Our experiences tell us who we are and whatever failures we encounter is a strength to every success”.

Leizel Ubalde
Leizel is a graduate of BS Mass Communication major in Journalism with 15+ years of diverse and extensive experience in the field of marketing, sales, communication, and training working in various industries. Her expertise includes strategic planning, integrated marketing, digital marketing, communication, content creation, social media management, website development & management, event management, and project management.
Currently, Leizel leads SDW’s marketing in promoting the company as the Partner of Choice for design, build and development projects and the Company of Choice for people looking for a bright opportunity in the construction industry through digital marketing.

Ronald Sangil
Ron is an Economics graduate from the University of Alberta, Canada with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry working with companies such as Mount Arayat Development Corp., YATS International, Philippine Sundt Construction and HMR Group of Companies.
Ron identifies and develops relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities which he does through direct prospecting, networking, attending and participating in various industry and professional groups along with multiple chamber associations to continually promote company services and facilitate inquiries. He also actively preserve existing accounts and purse to expand those relationships.

Christopher Occidental
Chris’s career started with the Philippines’ first Home Depot Hardware Concept. His expertise lies in Retail and Visual Merchandising and Project Sales. He was in charge of maintaining vendor relationships, price monitoring, product development, and store inventory.
After 15 years, he is embarking on a new role, as Head of Supply Chain for SDW.

Mark Castronuevo
Mark is an Electronics and Communication graduate with over 12 years of experience in construction including the power plant, oil & gas, infrastructure, and telecommunication. Mark is an accredited Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner/Manager. He demonstrates an understanding of construction best practices, with high self-initiative, setting own goals and execution, and experience in leading construction safety management. He is overall in-charge of the full implementation of SDW’s health and safety policies, procedure and compliance with all reportorial requirements of the occupational safety and health mandated by BWC-DOLE.

Anthony Federico
Arch. Anthony is a Professional Registered Licensed Architect with 7 years of work experience in interior fit-out design and construction. He started his career with one of the Philippine-based construction companies specializing in interior fit-out of high-end casinos, resorts, and hotels. He is a team player and a site architect who works with lead builders and consultants to deliver projects on time.
For the past 3 years, he managed SDW’s design team in producing drawings, layouts and assisted clients in projects. He constantly monitors worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans and meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.

Marion Nunez
Marion is a graduate of B.S Interior Design from Mapua Institute of Technology with over 6 years of working experience for both hospitality and corporate projects.
She manages design functions on projects assigned including strategic sourcing for furniture, lighting fixture, choice of material, floor finish, wall finish, and other accessories. She is responsible for producing material board for design presentation, prepares options for the client’s approval and responsible for coordination with the project manager, client, and client representative. She also monitors mill-work production, workshop visit, and quality assurance.
